The total area of our co***ny is about 210 acres, and we have 75,000m2 standard industrial factory, 6,000 m2 office building and 5,000 m2 staff dormitory. The hot-dip zinc-aluminum silicon product line has an annual production capability of about 150,000t. And the pre-painted steel line has an annual production capability of about 120,000t.
We are specialized in the manufacturing of hot dipped galvanized steel coil and pre-painted steel coil. The hot-dip zinc-aluminum silicon coating line is US steel associated, which is the most advanced and widely-used process techniques. The PPGI production line can produce all kinds of color painted steel coil, with the speed of 120m/min as the same as the hot dipped zinc-aluminum silicon line. The range of width and thickness is the same as the galvanized steel manufactured by ourselves.
